As Executive Recruiter for the largest global search firm, Mary Longon manages the legal and property practice out of Banister International's headquarters in Philadelphia. Some of Mary's clients include national law firms and Fortune 500 companies, as well as working with Banister International's offices located throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

Formerly, Mary served as Principal and COO of Longstone Holdings, LLC, in Philadelphia, PA. Negotiating workouts, structuring disposition plans, identifying growth opportunities considering all market trends, representing clients to state and local level direction, managing planners, architects, engineers, consultants and project managers on real estate transactions or developments Longstone Holdings was involved with; Mary worked tirelessly toward equipping clients with the information needed to assess their growing needs in all markets.

Previously, she commuted to Manhattan, where she served as Director of Acquisitions for a private equity real estate fund, with primary financing coming from the Yucaipa Investments in California. Traveling nationally sourcing expansion opportunities, Mary's real estate experience spans acquisition, disposition, co-development, long-term leases, entitling and highest and best use formats for commercial, residential, institutional, land, hotel, social and community developments.

Prior to this, Mary helped consult and collaborate for companies through start-up, rapid growth and IPOs. She managed an international sales and marketing firm, specializing in OTC products for national chains, such as Wal-Mart, Target, Kroger, Walgreens, Safeway and Albertsons. She graduated with a BA in English from Villanova University. Mary has also completed post-graduate studies in real estate, finance and accounting programs at the Wharton School of Business.

The recipient of the United States Senatorial Inner Circle Award recognizing her dedication to corporate governance, she is also a certified First Responder for the Red Cross. She currently resides in Philadelphia, PA.
