Jason B. Martin founded The Martin Law Firm in 2001. Jason’s law practice focuses primarily on representing health care providers in areas of compliance, insurance/Medicare audits and overpayment demands, and licensing issues. In addition, Jason also represents many businesses for all matters including business formation, contracts, employee disputes, dissolution, succession planning, collections/creditors’ rights, shareholder disputes and ownership agreements. For the individual, Jason provides many services including wills and trusts; estate administration/probate and general litigation. Today, the Martin Law Firm has become a trusted source of representation for businesses and individuals.

Jason was born and raised in Williamsport, Pennsylvania before relocating to the Philadelphia area. He attended LaSalle University and received an undergraduate degree in Finance with a focus on International Business Studies. He received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1998. Jason is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle District of Pennsylvania and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Along with serving as Board Member for the Stewards' Alliance, Jason has been a past or current member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, Norristown Lions Club and Council for Leadership Excellence.
