Mara Toukatly is the Manager of Customer Assurance for Evolve IP in Wayne, PA where she oversees IS integration projects,  revenue assurance, and billing. Evolve IP is a SAS 70 and PCI-ASV designated business offering Security and Compliance services, Managed Telephony, Managed Network, and Hosted Applications.

Ms. Toukatly serves her community locally in the political arena where she has been an elected Republican committeewoman and has also served several years on the board for the Philadelphia Federation of Young Republicans. It is in this arena where she has advocated the right to life. Statewide, she has served as the Publicity Director for the Pennsylvania Young Republicans, leading the coordination efforts for events in Southeastern PA that have gained national coverage. She has also volunteered her time to plan and promote successful events with the Livestrong Foundation. As well Ms. Toukatly co-founded her family parish youth group. Today, Ms. Toukatly also serves on an event committee fundraising for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation.

As a 2001 graduate of Rosemont Women's Catholic College, Ms. Toukatly strives daily to achieve the three main values rooted within her alma mater: trust in and reverence for the dignity of each person, diversity in human culture and experience, and persistence and courage in the promoting of justice with compassion. Mara is eager to serve this board and its’ constituents to deliver the spirituality and quality of life sought though our Catholic values. Ms. Toukatly's degree is a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

Mara was born in Omaha, Nebraska but spent the majority of her young years in Wayne, PA where her family still resides. Ms. Toukatly lives permanently in South Philadelphia.
